Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What kind of insurance do you take?
We accept all PPO insurance plans (we are in-network with most plans), CareCredit, all major credit cards and cash. We do not participate in DMO, Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care plans.
I have a busy schedule. What are your hours?
For your convenience, we are open from 9am-7 pm Monday and Wednesday, 8am-5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and select Fridays from 9am-5pm.
Can I still go to the dentist if I'm pregnant?
If you are pregnant, we take every precaution to protect your abdomen while we taken dental X-rays. According to the American Dental Association and the American Pregnancy Association, necessary dental treatment (such as the treatment of pregnancy gingivitis or an extraction of an abscessed tooth) is not only recommended, but essential for the healthy development of your baby. Click here for more information about pregnancy and dental care.
However, you may find that dental care during your second trimester may be the most comfortable for you.
My baby just started teething. Is it too early to bring Baby in for a checkup?
Not at all! We recommend that Baby's first appointment be right at around age 6 months or when the first tooth starts coming in.
I have a toothache - how long do I have to wait before I can be seen?
We will make every effort to see you on the same-day you call for emergency exams and offer you same-day treatment.
What is your appointment policy?
We ask that you give us at least 48-hour notice before changing or canceling your appointment. If 48-hour notice is not given, you will be charged a $25 fee for a routine check-up appointment. If 48-hour notice was not given for treatment with our dentist or hygienist, the rate is $100/hr of per hour of treatment time scheduled. In addition, we may ask you to leave a credit card on file, which will be charged if 48-hour notice is not given.
Every time an appointment is made, we reserve that time specifically for you. If you know you cannot make an appointment time, please do your very best to let us know as far as you can in advance.
What is your financial policy?
If you have dental insurance, all deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, all payment for the procedures performed on you will be due at the time of service. For those without insurance, please inquire about our Kleer Membership Plan.
We also have multiple financing options available to you at your convenience.
